With years of experience across inpatient, outpatient, and managed care settings, I’m passionate about providing evidence-based mental health care that’s both compassionate and effective. Grounded Foundations was built to support lasting well-being for both clients and clinicians. Outside of work, you’ll find me reading, relaxing outdoors, or cheering on my kids alongside my endlessly supportive spouse.
