What types of therapy do you offer?

We offer a range of services, including individual psychotherapy, parenting therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and 2nd opinion and diagnostic consultations. We also provide clinical and licensure supervision.

What conditions do you treat and what populations do you serve?

We serve children (ages 2+), adolescents, and adults. We provide comprehensive and affirming care treating a variety of conditions including complex anxiety, depression, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, school avoidance, relationship challenges, grief and bereavement, and attention deficit and hyperactivity.

What is your approach to therapy?

Our approach is rooted in science and grounded in compassion. We utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Exposure Therapies, and Emotion Focused Therapies. We prioritize a collaborative and personalized approach to treatment.

What can I expect during my first session?

All new clients begin with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation to assess their needs and develop a tailored treatment plan.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, affordable mental healthcare, which is why we accept most commercial insurance plans.

How much will my sessions cost?

Session costs vary depending on the type of service and your insurance coverage. We are happy to discuss specific rates during your free 15-minute phone consultation.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

There’s no wrong time to seek support. If you’re navigating a specific challenge or seeking ongoing growth, we’re here to help.

Do you prescribe medication?

At this time we do not have any licensed prescribers on our team. We do collaborate closely with Medical Doctors and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners outside of our practice if our patients are in need of medication management.

Do you offer clinical supervision?

Yes, we offer clinical and licensure supervision for social workers. We are also able to offer clinical supervision for counselors on a case by case basis.
