American Foundation for Suicide Prevention:

Provides support, education and advocacy for individuals and families of individuals who have struggled with suicidal thoughts or behaviors.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA):

Offers information and resources on mental health and substance abuse treatment.

The Crisis Text Line:

Provides free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the US, anytime, about any type of crisis.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline:

Provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for 1 you or your loved ones. Dial 988

National Domestic Violence Hotline:
